Arcadium - What are the height requirements for the attractions? General Q: Where is FunCity located? A: FunCity is located in Burlington, Iowa at the junction of Highway's 34 & 61. For directions please go here. Q: Do you have a map of FunCity? A: Our facility map can be found here. Q: Is FunCity a smoke free environment? A: FunCity is a family entertainment complex and is a 100% smoke free environment. FunClub Q: How does FunClub work? A: FunClub is FunCity's newest rewards program. Guests age 18 and older with a valid ID may register for free at the FunClub Registration Station, located beside the FunCity redemption counter. FunClub members earn spendable rewards, gifts, discounts and receive exclusive special offers. Click here to learn more. Q: I have a FunCard. Can I receive FunClub rewards and discounts? A: To receive FunClub benefits, you must complete our free FunClub registration even if you currently hold one or more FunCards. However, if you have existing FunCards, bring them with you to the Registration Station and you may transfer all existing points and value to your new FunClub account. Click here to learn more. PZAZZ! Resort Hotel Q: What room types do you offer? A: - Dual Queen Beds - King Bed - Queen Bed - Hot Tub Suites: King & Queen Beds - Family Rooms: Queen Bed & two sets of Bunk Beds, King Bed and three sets of Bunk Beds - 42 rooms overlook the waterpark ($ 10.00 upgrade charge) **PZAZZ! Resort Hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment. Q: How do I make reservations? A: Call 866-792-9948 to make a reservation or book online! Friday & Saturday reservations must be confirmed with a credit card with a 24 hour cancellation policy. All suites have to be pre-paid in advance and have a 72 hour cancellation policy. All prices and terms subject to change. Q: Are pets permitted at the PZAZZ! Resort Hotel? A: At this time pets are not permitted within the facility. Huck's Harbor WaterPark Q: Are lifeguards on duty at all times? A: Yes. Our guests' safety is our number one priority. We have very well trained, professional lifeguards at all stations at all times. Q: How tall do you have to be to ride the large water slides? A: Guests must be no shorter then 46 inches. Q: Can a guest bring outside food in to the park? A: No. The only food we allow in the park is food that is ordered at other areas in FunCity or a Birthday Cake. Q: Do you have lockers? A: Yes. Get your indoor locker key at the indoor snack shop. Locker keys require a $5 deposit and you receive $3 back when you return the key. Q: Are there showers available? A: Yes. We have showers located outside our indoor locker room facility. A guest may still use shampoo and soap in these showers. The outdoor Waterpark offers showers in the mens and womens locker room as well as on the outside of the locker room facility. Q: Can the waterpark be rented out for private parties? A: At this time we are not renting the park out for private parties. Q: Do you have party packages? A: Yes. They are available and can be booked in advance with our party staff at 866-792-9948. Q: Are there towels available for use? A: The Waterpark does have towels. We ask that anyone who is not a hotel guest bring their own towel. Q: Are there life jackets for kids? A: Yes. We do provide life jackets for young kids. They are first come, first serve. FunCards Q: How do FunCards work? A: Each venue at FunCity is priced individually using a pay-as-you-play format. The FunCity swipe card you can acquire at the Rotunda can be used to pay for FunCity goods and services. This card is designed for the customer's convenience and utilizes a state-of-the-art technology that can also be used to pay for hotel rooms at our PZAZZ! Resort Hotel as well as the award-winning Spirit Hollow Championship Golf Course located less than four miles south of FunCity. Q: What is time play? A: Various packages, coupons and other specials offer time play on your FunCard. Time play cannot be purchased. Your time play starts when the card is swiped and used for the first time and runs for the given amount of time whether it is in use or not. Q: What are loyalty points? A: Loyalty points are given out depending on the amount spent on your FunCard. Register your FunCard at the FunCity rotunda to receive points. Points can be used at the FunCity redemption center for prizes such as free hotel rooms, rounds of golf, food & party packages. All terms are subject to change at any time.
